Limping Golden Retriever

Question
Hello,
My 6 year old golden retriever has been limping recently.  It seems it is only  after he gets up from laying down. He will limp for about a minute or so and then he seems fine.  I was wondering if this could be something more serious than his leg falling asleep.  The past 3 weeks or so I have noticed this.
Thanks

Answer
You need to get him to the vets. Anytime a Golden starts to limp you need to get them in and have an xray done of the leg and their lungs.

I don't want to scare you but these dogs are very prone to bone cancers in their legs, so please don't wait to long. Get him in Monday.
