Hi, I have a dog that is 9 yrs old rat terrier hes taking pain killers for hes bad leg , I dont have any more and the vet close till Monday can I give him baby aspirin ?

Most vets will tell you that baby aspirin is okay as long as it's not used very much but it can cause stomach ulcers in dogs very quickly. I know that if it is given with food this risk is lessened.

Never ever give ibuprofen or Tylenol. Both are deadly to dogs and cats.
