Question
hi, my baby, albino, splay legged budgie was attacked by ants, and a lot of them, i was at school, my dad was meant to be looking after it, but instead he just got a spoon of food and left. when i got home she was covered with ants, i quickly washed her, dried her with a tissue and got my trained budgie to preen it for ants, now it's dry, ant free but won't chirp and wont open it's eyes, please help because i fear for it's life

Answer
Well, as my profile says I don't do birds, but I would be worried about any ants that might have crawled up inside of her. Otherwise I would think she is recovering from the trauma of the ants and maybe their bites too.

Can you force feed her to help her get past this? Maybe give her some fluids also.

If you need more help-post this to the bird section where there are experts on every kind of bird.
