is my dog sick?

My dog shiloh she is 8, and latley she has been drinking alot of water,her nose has been realy dry and she recently has lost alot of weight. my family are wondering if this is a sign tha we should take her to the vet or not.

The water consumption and the weight loss are real warning signs that something is very wrong. You cannot go by the nose being dry. Only if it is cracked and dry can you tell by that.

But yes, she is very sick and you need to get her to the vets right away.
