dog ill after fight (south africa)

Hi. I have two intact males a rottweiler and a german shepard cross. They got into an accidental fight about 3 days ago and the cross got a little more injured. A family member tried to separate them. There are no major injuries on both dogs but the cross has stopped eating and is vomiting bile. He is very sore and isn't  moving around(arching his back as well) We are very worried and have taken him to our vet. He hasn't eaten for two days now and is on a drip at the vets hospital. The rott is fine. I would just like to get a second opinion.

Since you seemed to have more questions after my answer, I would like to give you a chance to clarify for me what you wanted in the second opinion.

The symptoms seem to be that the cross is not eating, is vomiting bile, is arching his back and is not moving around.

Those symptoms would point to abdominal injuries, bruised muscles (that is why I suggested the Arnica or Reiki)or, as I think more about it, there is less of a chance (because of the vomiting) that there is a disc injury.

I do think it was wise to take him to a veterinarian and I would suggest trying to find a holistic one. I may have been confused about where you live. In one place it said S.
