Answer
Half of this question doesn't make any sense to me. If your cat has a wound on its head and it has flies that have laid eggs on it, it can get maggots in the wound. That means this wound is really bad and You need to take this Cat to a Veterinarian right away. I don't know why you would say you can't do anything. You can call a vet hospital tomorrow and take your cat to the doctor and get her wound taken care of.

They will clean it out and suture it up and put her on antibiotics. Then you can take her back later to get the sutures out. The vet will tell you when.
Something bit her and caused the wound on her head.
Please get her into the vet's tomorrow!

I didn't know that you were in Malaysia as you didn't tell me that.
I don't know what this is-"T.T anything." I do know that there are vets in Malaysia as I get questions from there often. If there is no one at all take the cat to the local doctor. Many of them will treat a cat for you.
If not then you need to scrub her head off yourself and pour some diluted hydrogen peroxide on it and keep it clean until it heals up.

You can scrub it with warm water and soap to kill the maggots and clean it out. Get a syringe or something to squirt water into it and then dry it well. Put some antibiotic ointment on it if you have some.
I hope you can find a way to get this cat to someone to help her.
