tears stain removal/prevention for a white Siberian Husky

Question

Zephyr at 8 months
We have a pure bred white Siberian Husky who seems to be very healthy, active and happy. Over the past 6 weeks we have noticed tear stains on his white coat near the inner corner of his eye. Occasionally we have removed some hardened greenish crust from the corner of his eye. Could this be an allergy? A show groomer suggested this is indicative of acidity and giving him something like Angel Eyes would neutralize the acid &eradicate it. Is this true? I thought Angel Eyes was for much smaller breeds. Please suggest what we should do. Thank you!

Answer
Well Angel Eyes would work for this dog as well. The reddish stains are normal of course, but anything green is not and usually indicates some type of infection starting.

I don't know how much this has to do with acidity, I have not heard that before.
Try the Angel Eyes and see what happens.
