Care of Bitch after delivery of puppies

My dog,Pom/Sheltie mix, had a litter of pups 3 days ago.  This morning she's scratching and whining at the carpet like she's still nesting.  Is this normal behavior 3 days after having puppies?

Despite the fact that she may seem that she is doing well, and if you feel that the puppies are progressing, you should schedule an appointment to have her, (and the puppies), examined by your regular veterinarian. He will be able to determine if she is in good health, and that the puppies are all fit and well.
  She may continue to nest all through nursing the puppies as well as possibly displaying other odd behaviors and symptoms, including aggression. I hope that they are all doing well and you will look to have her spayed, to prevent any further accidents or her contracting pyometria, a serious and sometimes fatal uterine infection in un spayed female dogs.
