Clear roach things in my tank

46 gal bow-front tank, fulval 305, forgot the protein skimmer,  i have a blue tang, yellow tang, two percs. talbot, chromis, 2 dart fish 1 cleaner shrimp 2 red shrimp.  some hermit crabs, snails and some mushrooms,  but im getting kinda curious i was cleaning the glass and i see a bunch of "bubbles"in the sand and their are some clear things floating look kinda like a roach and the are crawling on the ground should i do something, or is this fine??
