help for my fishes tail

i have a 10 gallon tank and i have 3 fantail gold fish in it. 2 are calico and the other is regular goldfish. one of the calico is very small and i've notice that the other 2 bigger ones are chasing it and eating her tail what should i do. her poor tail looks very ragged.

There is not much you can do for a bullied fish.. I recommend making sure you give your fish enough food to eat and feed them twice a day at least. Sometime they pick at other fish because they are hungry. Once again, there is not much you can do for a bullied fish.
