Angel fish problem

One of my large Angel fish seems to be a little bloated, but has been like this since I got it, now it also has a opaque bubble or something protruding out the anus.  The fish eats and swims just fine and is not showing any signs of any stress.   Have you ever seen this before?

Is this a female fish? If so, it could simly be pregnant and the little thing sticking out the rear could be the opiduct (or something. I don't have my texts on me to tell you the full name) where the live young or eggs pop out.
