First timer

Question
I had just bout a 20 gallon tank with 4 mollys,2 sword tails, a blue lobster and a angelfish. I keep the temp. in 80-78degres, feed them two-three times a day. Is there anything else you could tell me to keep my fishes happy(Medicine, plants, ex.)?Also is there other fishes i could add to keep my tank clean or give them some company. With any advice you give me would help out a lot. Thank you for taking your time in helping me out.

The amount of fish you have sounds like a good starting point, and I wouldn't add any more for now. The best advice I can give is to constantly monitor your ammonia and nitrite levels, especially if you notice any behavioural changes in your fish. It either gets to high levels, it can become deadly for your fish very quickly. As for medicine, I recommend a product called Cycle. When added weekly it adds good bacteria to your tank to help prevent nitrites and ammonia from getting too high. Very few fish are effective at keeping your tank clean, even plecos make as much waste as they clean up. The best solution to a clean aquarium is weekly maintanance and regular cleaning/changing of filter media.
