crabs & goldfish

Question
I have a couple of tanks and i just started a ten gallon tank that only has a few goldfish so far.  I was in a local pet store and saw some crabs that i think would look nice in this new tank.  Do you think they would be ok together?  if not what would you recomend?

Hi Jacob,
Thank you for your letter. You have a few tanks, so it sounds like you are pretty good at this. If the goldfish are not too big, they would probably get along. Large carp might eat crabs, not sure.
As you probably know, the worst pitfall to the hobby is over feeding.
