swordtail and guppy fry

well i have swordtail and guppy fry and they are 18 days old and my swordtail fry are 14 days old but i was wondering allot of places on the internet say that you must do frequent water changes but whoe frequent like every 2 days or is it  they every other day

Well, it depends on the amount of fry you have and the size of the tank.  And it depends on the amount of food you feed, which frequent smaller meals are important to fry. So the best thing to do is change about 20-30% every day or every other day. It's great to do water changes as often as you can, it really triggers a growth spurt in them!
