Larger fish/feeding them

Question
I have two barbs (I think they are silver something) that are growing in size and require different food than other tank mates.  What do you suggest?  I have 55 gallon tank, freshwater, topfin carbon filter, topfin air bubbler. Tank mates:  Angels 2, tetras 2, catfish-3 different sizes, loaches 2, placostimus, 1 not sure.
