Sick Green Terror fish

I have had my green terror for 2 years. his stomach is swollen, won't eat, will not close his mouth, and faces the back of the tank. I may have fed him wrong with cichlid pellets. Can you please tell me how to help him? I do not want to lose him. Thank you

It sounds like he overate. You may have to just wait and see what happens. See if you can get a look into his mouth to see if anything is stuck there or if food is backed up. They usually digest it eventually though. If it has been this way for several hours and he is still having trouble I'm not sure what to do for him. You might ask one of the other experts who is more experienced with cichlids what they think too.
