Sick? with larger white spots on my L260

My Queen A. L260 is a has been in my 44 gal tank for a week she has 4-5 large white spots (I don't think its ich) on her side.  She is 2" some what active (has been moving around to different spots in the tank.  I have on Clown Pleco and 20 Tetras.  no one else seems to have any maladies.  What do you think it is and how could I treat it?

Its always difficult to differentiate between natural color changes and actual illnesses. I wouldn't think right away that your pleco has an disease. I would watch the spots very closely and make sure they aren't developing into fungus patches or anything else "disease-like".
