my fish is sick!!

my fish is floating around the tank sideways and is on the bottom sideways and tries to swim but just wobbles around!!! what can i do for him??

Hello Amanda:  What kind of fish is it??? I would start with a 20% water change and see if that helps... I would also add aquarium salt and feed him brine shrimp or frozen (thawed) green peas... He may have a swim bladder disorder or be constipated... let me know dave...
