AQUARIUM SAFE?

i read alot that you can use styrofoam for decrative reasons in a aquarium, is packing styrofoam what they mean or is it toxic, i wanted to use it as a base and use aquarium safe silicone to glue rocks to it to make a cave. or what other things if its not okay will work that i can mold or cut into a shape then glue the rocks or plants onto.

Use any white Styrofoam in perfectly safe.
You do not want to use and colored ones because the dye.
