Fish Fish Fish

For my boyfriends birthday i have bought him an aquarium and he wants angle fish i was wondering three things. First thing is how big do angle fish get? and two what other types of fish are compatible with them? and the third is for the aquarium do i need and oxygen pump or something like that if i have a filter.  I was think about Blue Neons and tiger fish and there was another yellow fish but i forget what it was called

Angels can get quite large, body size of 3-4" not counting the finnage. Bigger than that in a large tank.
You could do neons as the come from the same places as the angels do.
The "tiger" fish, if they are Tiger Barbs are a no no.
They will chew the fins off the angels and everything else.
Also they are too active for this style tank.
Find out what the yellow fish is before you put it in the tank.
Also, you do not need an air pump however if you wanted one you certainly could add one.
As well as neons you could do to name a few, hatchet fish, pencil fish, dwarf cichlids, almost all of the tetras, assorted catfish, and of course lots of tall plants, Valiseneria or Sagitaria, crispus, Java fern and Amazon Swords to name  a few.
