filter noise

i have a marineland filter 350 lots of noise coming from propeller. not sure ? the tank is full filter is clean propeller is clean. please help

hello,

This sounds like the rubber stopper came off the wand on the motor side. you should remove the wand and inspect it to make sure all the parts are there. also it should still work fine but be noise, I have this same problem and have not bothered to replace this part.
