Can a green spotted puffer fish and a fresh water angelfish live together in a ten gallon tank?

I'm sorry to say they just can't.

Puffers can be very nippy fish and often can't live peacefully with other species. Green spotted pufferfish also must have brackish water to truly thrive, which Angelfish can't tolerate.
