fish in fish bowls

i have 2 Mollies and 1 swordtail fish right now... how much should i feed them and i need its diet information... my bowl can fit for 1 gallon of water...

Feed them flake food... enough food that they can eat in three minutes of time.  You can feed them once or twice per day.  Water changes should be done twice per week or as needed.  If there is extra food after three minutes then feed them less.   dave
