Whats wrong with my fish

I have 4 ciclids and they rup there sides on the rocks and decerations i have  2 of them have green dots on them.... mainly around the gils.. is it a disease?  If so what should i do?

I don't know of any green dots as being signs of disease and more likely it is natural coloration that many species of cichlids attain as they mature.

But I would be concerned about the "itching" against the rocks and decorations. Usually this is due to a skin irritation from something in the water. Which may be pollutants so I would try to test your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate level to be sure all is within the accepted range.

Ammonia-0 nitrite-0 Nitrate 20 or less.

Medications aren't needed. I would just try doing a 30% water change everyday for several days to insure they have clean water and help relieve what may be irritating to their skin. Always make sure when doing a water change to always insure the replacement water is equal to or just a little warmer than their tank water and to always use water conditioner.
