converting mouse tank back to fish tank

Question
I have a 10 gallon fish tank which has been used as a mouse tank. Now I want to put fish back in it. Can I do this and if so, what do I need to do to clean it properly?

*** Happy Christmas and Happy New Year 2010 *** IN ADVANCE
1. Wash the tank throughly.
2. Keep the tank under SUN for minimum a week.
3. Wipe the both side of the glasses with rectified spirit.
4. Wash again the tank.
5. After 48 hours, you can use it as ur aquarium or fish tank.
