Angel fish breeding at various sizes

Hi,
I've 2 angel fishes of various sizes... 1 is 4 inches and the other 1 is about 3 inches probably but i'm not sure... the bigger 1 is the male... they are always doing together... and my question is, can they mate and lay eggs? I need your guidance in this... please help in this asap...

Angelfish usually reach sexual maturity when they are about 2 inches. So your fish are definitely at that age. It is very hard to distinguish male from female until you see the one laying the eggs. I have enclosed a good website on breeding Angels.
