Question
Hi, I was wondering if you could help me out right now I have a 55 gallon aquarium setup in my house and i currently have 2 giant danios 1 striped catfish 1 iridescent shark, and 1 African brown knife. So my question is would it be safe to add some cichlids to the mix. If so what would be the best for my aquarium size and the fish that are already there.

Answer
Hi Nick

There are only a few Cichlids I can think of that will go in your tank that will not eat the Danios and the Catfish. These are Angelfish, Kribensis and Keyhole Cichlid which are easy to keep. Ram Cichlids will also work but require very clean water and are a little more difficult keep.

Hope this helps, good luck!
