FISH SWIMMING UPSIDE DOWN

I got a pair goldfish, about 4 years old. One of them is swimming upside down. since one year it is swimming like that, what should i do?

Wow, i have never heard of a fish swimming upside down for a year. Well, there are many things that could be wrong, there is a chance that it has a tumor and is having trouble swimming with it on it, check for a bolge of ant type, or it could be its time to go. Then again if it has been swimming like this for a year, then it just may be the way it likes to swim. Any fish that has had a tumor for a year would dead by now.
