Blister on Albino Shark

Hi my Albino pangius (not sure how to spell that) shark has a blister on his side about in the middle of his body. Please can you tell me what to do. We only noticed it today 21/11/06.

 I'm not sure what you mean by a blister.  Is it a growth puffing out from inside the body or is it something attached to the outside of the body?
