my oscar...

Please help me, something is wrong with my oscar, his eye is like covered with a cloudy white color and the inside looks like it has blood inside and it looks like its rotting away like something is eating it away and he doesnt swim unless someone scares him or if i feed him...PLEASE HELP

Hi Simpson,
  Is there another fish in the tank, perhaps a fish that is attacking him when you aren't watching?  Most often, fish attack other fish in the eye, making it go cloudy.
