I can hear fish. I can hear them under the boat sometimes. In marinas, and aquariums. Do you think I can patent a fish caller somehow?

I don't think you are crazy,lots of different fish (Drums,Croakers,Catfish) make noises that can be heard from outside of the water.  In Florida sometimes Drums can actually be heard inside the seaside houses!  These sounds can be related to aggresion, mating, etc.  As far as a fish caller this idea has actually been patended - United States Patent 5046278.
