Oscar is slow

Question
I recently bought an oscar 2 days ago.. he is just laying on the bottom of the tank hardly moving.  THe only time he moves is when i drop some pellets in the tank. i dont know whats wrong

Hi Tony,
 You have to be patient.  Oscars are very intelligent and sensitive fish and moving is very traumatic for them.  It may take him days or even several weeks to start to feel comfortable in his new home.
