new born chiclids in tank with bigger ones

my family just noticed that there are many baby chiclids in our tank with 3 turtles and 5 larger chiclids.  will they survive and is there anything that i should be doing?

The parents should protect most of the baby fish.

Cichlids are great parents, and there isn't much you need to do.

It would be a good idea to crush up some pellets or flakes, and let them sink down to the baby fish though. Or buy fry food like Hikari First bites and let it sink down to the babies.
