Convict Fish Laying on side and not simming.

Question
My convict has been laying on his side for about 1 month.  He was swimming around sideways then all of a sudden he is not swimming at all.  He is just laying at the bottom.  His is breathing normal and moving his fin that is facing up.  We flipped him over and he stayed on the other side.  We keep feeding him everyday frozen and dry food, I am not sure if he is eating anything. He is about 4 years old. We tried the swim bladder disease medication and he didn't respond.  What can we do?  Please help us.  Thanks

Hi Holly,
 Unfortunately I don't think that there is anything that you can do.  I have seen this before and once it starts, it never gets better.  Sorry.
