black spot

Hi there,
I read your answer regarding someone's chiclid with black spot and that it can come from snails and such.  I have a snail in my tank with my parrots and actually I noticed that one of the fish has tiny little black spots also.  If the parasite isnt dangerous to the fish - great, but what will happen to the snail.  How do I get rid of the black sopt now before they hatch...?

Hi Katrina,
  You can't get rid of the black spots, at least not without killing your fish. Just let them run their course and they will go away on their own.
