tank sealer

can i attach a polystyrene background to the tank inner with window sealant,ive been told it is only toxic whilst it is wet then once dried is fine ???

Hi Richard,
 Absolutely not.  It is always toxic.  Most window sealers contain anti-fungal stuff etc in them which will kill your fish forever more.
Use aquarium silicone.
