betta and bamboo

hello. i fit keep my betta in a 10 gallon filtered tank alone, can i also put a bamboo plant in there with it? also, are there any benefits of having a plant in there?

Hi Paul,
I'm sorry, but I am not a plant expert.  I never kept real plants in my tanks because I was more into breeding.  I do not know if plants are a good idea with the betta seeing as you will have to change 25% or more of his water every week.  Ask a Plant expert, we have one on the team.  He/She will be able to give you good information.
