My Pet Oscar

I have noticed that my Oscar has one really bad Popeye and the other one not so bad. I checked everything in the tank and all the levels are good! What could be wrong and what can I do? Its only like 2 yrs old.

Hi Rachelle,
 Are there other fish in the tank that might be attacking or even stressing your oscar?

 Also, are you doing regular weekly partial water changes?  You should be changing 25% of his water once a week, every week to keep him happy and healthy.
