i've got these strange tiny swimming worm like kreachers in my tank what are they

If they are whitish and very tiny like eyelash hairs they are called "planaria". They are not harmful to your fish in any way. They are however a sign of overfeeding. Vacuum your gravel and replace 25% of the water every week. Cut back on food for awhile too. Those little critters are thriving on the excess food that has been going into your tank, or your tank is overcrowded and the fish make too much waste because there isn't enough room for them.
