Molly Agression

Question
QUESTION: Hello! I have a large male creamsicle molly in a ten gallon aquarium along with two other male mollies (another creamsicle and a silver). Recently I've noticed that the color on his fins has started to change. He's a lyretail, and there are two black patches (small) that have appeared right below where the tail fin branches out. It looks like the bottom part of his tail is turning slightly very light blue as well. Is this natural or is he coming down with a bacteria? The silver one is showing no signs of abnormality, and the big molly with the black patches is acting completely normal and eating. I just introduced the other creamisicle molly back into the tank today (he was harassed earlier and was in a separate tank, but now he's back with a divider), so I haven't noticed anything strange with him either. Is there any medication I can buy if this is serious? I also did a weekly 25% water change today, so I don't know if that will help. Thank you!

ANSWER: Hello Hannah,
No there is nothing to worry about, mollies colour changes with maturity, mine got more spots and blue speack on its tail

QUESTION: Hello and thanks for answering my question! I have another one! I mentioned that there was the little molly who had been harassed earlier (his name is Kermit), and the other two that are in my tank. The dominant male is Napoleon (same one with the black color on his fins), and the other fish is the silver molly Ken, who has also gotten fairly big. Napoleon is at least 3 inches, if not more. Both he and Ken get along fairly well, but with the re-introduction of Kermit (I took the divider out today) they have both begun to gain up on him almost non-stop, Napoleon being the worst. Last time this happened I put Kermit in a separate 2 gallon tank while his nipped fins healed. I added 2 more live plants today (I now have 3 live plants and 3 artificial ones) to give Kermit more hiding places, but they don't seem to be helping as well as I had hoped (the other two still find him). Is there anything I can do to ensure that Kermit stops being bullied? Is there a specific way plants should be arranged for a good hiding place, or would a fourth male molly help divide up Napoleon and Ken's aggression? I don't know if 4 mollies in a 10 gallon tank with all the decorations would be too crowded. I'd rather not go through the whole separate thank ordeal again or the divider. Napoleon is very dear to me, I just wish there was a way to make him more peaceful!

Answer
Are you sure the new comer is male?,if it is female they will be chasing her to mate, the best thing to stop the agrression would be females, but you need 2 females per male, so you might have to re-home your newest fish as there is no other way to stop bullying other than females or seperation, at the moment he will be going through a living hell, so find him a new home or take him back to the petshop and say they have been fighting.

if you add just 1 female now the males will still fight and the female will die of stress from being constantly chased so dont risk it
