fish stuck in fish mouth

Question
It appears that our Coy fish has tried to eat a dead fish or not. It could have been alive. But anyway today is Sunday, on Friday after work we noticed a fish (not a feeder fish) stuck in our Coy's mouth. As the days have gone by the fish has not moved from the position we found it in. Today, Sunday, I noticed that the coy is not really moving alot. Should we remove the fish or let the fish continue to eat it.

                Remove the fish from the Koi's mouth immediately. I had a similiar issue w/ my Koi last year. He had a rock stuck in his mouth. I had 2 remove the rock at once.
