Is there something I can do to get my red wags moving?

Question
Is there something I can do to get my red wags moving? They are not active. They are only going up and down near the sides of the tank. I know they are supposed to be active fish but now they are plain boring. Pretty, but boring. Is there something I can feed them or add in their tank to get them active? I'm feeding them flakes from Tetra-Fin and blood-worms from Top-Fin. They are eating well. Sometimes the red wags and Cory catfish push each other gently. But it isn't fatal nipping or pulling fins.

Is there anything I can do to get the Red wags active?

Answer
Red Wags are top fish who like very clean water.  Maybe change water more frequently and they will want to play more, but it sounds good to me that they are alive!  :)  Manahil this is a great improvement.

I'm so glad they have a little catfish to clean the gravel.  Yep, boring...lol...but alive.

Some fishes who look interesting in the pet store turn out to be slower moving fishes.
