my bird paulie got both of his feet caught in the key board it's not bleeding it's just swollen is my budgie in any danger

Hi Amanda,

Poor Paulie! I need you to do a quick test on him for me..Hold Paulie so his back is in your palm and his feet aren't grasping anything,now using a pencil or you finger test his grip reflex do this by placing finger/pencil in his feet if he grips them this is good news it means nothing is broken.

There isn't really much you can do for Paulie if it's just swelling, keep an eye on it and if the swelling doesn't go down within a week take him to the vet where they will prescribe meds or kind of strap it.

If he can't grip and there's a break take him straight to the vet.
