ANSWER: They should have hatched by now. Sometimes chicks have a little trouble breaking out of the eggs though. Try increasing the humidity in the cage. This helps to soften the egg and makes it easier for the chicks to break out.

Sorry, I should have clarified. You can either take a clean spray bottle and fill it with warm water and spray down the cage, use a humidifier, or just move the cage into the bathroom and run a hot shower and let the room steam up. The humidity should do the trick.
