Hi
Today i took there nest box away she had three eggs in for about forty two days but they are still trying to mate, How long should i give her a break? The first set of babes  died before they were born, What did i do wrong?

Without more information there is little I can do to help you. To start, what species of bird do you have? Did you take your bird to an avian veterinarian? What diet do you feed your birds? What is the history of your birds?

My initial recommendation is (if you have not already) that you take your birds to an avian veterinarian immediately. It's important to know why the babies may have died and only an avian vet can help you with this.
