West Nile Vaccine

Do you think it is necessary to vaccinate for this, if you live in Quebec?

Absolutely. Even though the area does not seem to have a high incidence of an outbreak. The area is cooler but Mosquitos still are there. If they are there your horse stands a chance to get this virus. It is a proven fact that horses vaccinated for this virus have lowered the percentage rate dramaticaly of infection. I would highly reccomend vaccination. Thanks for your question.
