i have a 2year old arabxwelsh i have walked her out on a bridle with a snaffle bit,and lunged her is there anything else i could do with her has she's getting bored or should i leave it at that now until she's 3 next may

I would be tempted to try the Parelli games with her, it will teach her to respect your personal space, and also to be more aware of her body.  

Also, get her out to local shows if possible, as this will give her a focus and will be an effective 'spook-busting' exercise for her.  Go out for walks when your friends go for hacks, do long reining...go for walks to different places to get her used to as many sights and sounds as you can.  

leave any major work, like backing, till next may, and just play with her..enjoy her.  Please ensure though that you do not start properly working her until she is 4 years old....as doing serious work too early will damamge her joints and lead to problems in later life.
