Hey Rick I don't have a question, but I just want to give you some encouragement to keep doing what you are doing and don't change for anyone.

People will try to hurt you and crush you, but they are really the one's on the outside looking in. A person with conviction that never wavers or compromises is the one that those who are under oppression or understand oppression seek out, but those who are the problem feel it and will stir up distention and hatred.

You're stance for truth and unwavering character to speak for the horse shows great courage and tenacity. I admire that and you have helped me to take on these attributes in my own life.

I have the great privilege of sharing my life with horses. And like you, the pleasure I get from them is listening. Listening to their body conversations, reading their emotions by the spring in the step and the alert sparkle in the depths of their wise eyes.
Sometimes I wonder why people lost their ears to hear and eyes to see?

I'm rambling now. Anyway, You are doing a great job and I want you to know that you're words do not only fall on deaf ears, we are out here and we are listening.

I know what I do helps horses and get many great comments on my videos, it is just the few that are frustrated and scared looking anywhere for a fast easy fix. Unfortunately there are many that use this fear and frustrated to sell their products, special dust, ropes, sticks, tapes, etc...

So in the horse world there is a sincere belief that problems are because of the horse, the horse breed, the horse bloodlines, the horse abuse, oxygen deprived and any one of 1000 other reasons.  No one gets rich, makes friends or gets business by telling people that THEY ARE THE PROBLEM NOT THE HORSE.

Saying the truth only upsets people and allows them to direct that fear at the person blaming them.

Horse traders, horse scams, horse rip off artist have all been around since horses. So when you put new scared horses owners with spoiled imprinted horses you have a huge audience in trouble that is looking anywhere for the answer they want to hear. They do not want to hear that they are the problem. So people who want to get paid money will not say this, they will say what people want to hear like, the horse has issues, the horse has problems, the horse was abused, the horse has bad breeding, anything to verify to the ignorant horse owner, that the horse is the problem and not them. This way, people like, trust and pay these people since they agree with them.

It is a terrible downward spiral for horse which is why all horse rescue places are full and horse slaughter is growing daily.

Thanks for nice email, maybe someone will read this before they blame their horse for all their problems.
