Hi Samantha, Just wanted to know if a fence can be charged with too much electricty & be dangerous to the horses. Our neighbor is installing new fence for his cattle. It appears to be 6 strand high tensle wire, but I am unsure of the voltage to the fence. Could this be a hazard to my animals? Thank you for your time. Laura

I am not to familiar with electric fencing, but if you contact Lyn Kamer, another expert in this category, she has used electric fencing as long as I have known her, and probably all her life, she can tell you anything you may want to know about it.
