horse urinating

when the horse urinates his penis does not extract and he wets all over his self, is there something to do for that?

  I've never heard of this problem. How old is the horse? How long has he had the problem? How long has it been since his sheath has been cleaned? That would be the first thing I'd do. If the problem continues, I'd be calling your vet in.
